I led growth and clinical acquisition across paid media, tracking, and systems for a multi state pediatric therapy organization hiring Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and BCBAs.

I owned end to end performance marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Indeed with a direct focus on qualified clinical applicants, cost per hire, and speed to fill. This included channel strategy, budget allocation, creative direction, and constant optimization based on real hiring demand rather than vanity metrics.

I built and maintained all reporting infrastructure using Google Looker Studio to give leadership clear visibility into spend, leads, applicant quality, and pipeline performance while keeping tooling lean and cost effective.

Beyond ads, I set up CRM workflows, lead routing, and automated follow ups to ensure no clinical lead went cold and recruiters could move fast without manual overhead.

I also supported outbound LinkedIn clinician outreach, managed under a single recruiter account, and flagged operational risks early such as audience saturation and pipeline drop off.

The work was focused on one thing only: turning marketing into a predictable hiring engine instead of a collection of disconnected campaigns.
