Tava Health Linkedin Outreach
As a consultant for Tava Health, I partnered directly with the CEO to build and execute the company’s digital growth and provider acquisition strategy from the ground up. Tava is a fast-growing telehealth startup focused on improving access to mental health care, and my role involved leading both the strategic and operational sides of their marketing efforts. I developed and launched Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting licensed therapists and behavioral health providers, cutting acquisition costs from over $200 to about $60 per signup while helping the company scale its provider network 5x in less than six months. Beyond campaign execution, I designed and automated LinkedIn and email outreach workflows to support the sales team — improving lead follow-up speed and quality. I also collaborated closely with leadership on brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and CRM infrastructure, ensuring Tava’s marketing operations could scale efficiently as demand increased. This engagement combined performance marketing, automation, and strategic consulting, helping Tava transition from early proof-of-concept to a sustainable growth model — with measurable results, a repeatable acquisition engine, and a stronger brand foundation in the competitive telehealth market.
